Up the hill for the second time ... Road race : 3 laps of the Yarra Glen race course, also called "Death Valley". I was dropped from the lead bunch in the first lap and continued on with a small group of riders. As the kilometres went by we lost them (did they give up ?), and caught other people who were dropped on the hills later in the race. On the third and last lap, I was riding with "the girl in black" as I decided to call her because she was wearing a black jersey. As the end was near and we were fighting for 4th place, I attacked on the very last hill before the downhill finish. A successful move as she couldn't keep up with my sprint to the line, I finished 4th.
